Building of our custom deck @CasaAndolina in Seattle, WA.

We have just completed the building of a custom deck addition for our house here in Seattle, WA. The design was basically mine but the build was by my famous and favorite friend David Rosenfeld @DTheory.com , builder extraordinaire. This is the beggining of the rebuild of our exterior, adding 2" of hard foam, completely air sealing and residing the entire house. Here we used black stained Cedar for the siding, one other section of the house will have the same treatment and the rest will be Hardy Panels.
